Governance

AgriMip Innovation is a nonprofit organization.  Its purpose is to identify, guide and structure regional R&D projects in the areas of agriculture, food and agri-resources.  Its president is selected by the "Businesses" collegial panel.

The association is made up of :

  • a General Assembly
  • a Board of Directors with 35 members representing all collegial panels
  • a Seal of Approval Committee with 13 members appointed by the executive board (eight members of the "Businesses" collegial panel, four members of the "Research-Training-Technology Transfer" collegial panel, and a farmer nominated by the Regional Chamber of Agriculture)
  • an Executive Board with four members who establish the main strategic orientations of the cluster (noms et photos des membres du Bureau)

Bureau

AgriMip Innovation's members are organized in collegial panels:

  • a Businesses Collegial Panel, with three subdivisions: upstream, downstream, high technological content
  • a Research-Training-Technology Transfer Collegial Panel with two subdivisions: research and higher education, technical institutes and technology transfer organizations
  • a Federative Promotional Organizations, Collegial Panel

The competitiveness cluster is based on:

  • a committee of financiers, made up of public and private partners (French government, Region, financial institutions) for the purpose of orienting projects toward appropriate financing solutions.
  • a committee of partners, including local authorities, government services, and partners (this is a consultative committee, which meets every two months).
       

Shared ambition

AgriMip Innovation favors a project-mode type of organization, oriented towards actions and results.
The mutual ambition of the economic and academic players is to become the cluster of reference in Europe for agrichain engineering and the design of of agricultural and agribusiness product "character," defined by the full set of technical specifications and characteristics of image, in anticipation of market needs.
